Complaints Procedure

1. Send an email to info@fetishelites.net including your order number, issue description, and any relevant images.

2. We will respond within 2 working days.

3. If no agreement can be reached, you can escalate your complaint to the European Commission ODR platform:

• There is always a possibility that something might not go as planned. We recommend that you first submit your complaint by sending an email to info@fetishelites.net. If this does not lead to a resolution, you can submit the dispute for mediation via WebwinkelKeur at the following address: https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.
