Leidt dit niet tot een oplossing, dan is het mogelijk om het geschil aan te melden voor bemiddeling via WebwinkelKeur op https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

If no solution is reached, the consumer has the option to have his complaint handled by the independent dispute resolution committee appointed by WebwinkelKeur. The decision of this committee is binding, and both the entrepreneur and the consumer agree to this binding decision. The submission of a dispute to this dispute resolution committee involves costs, which the consumer must pay to the relevant committee.
